Warden Agent Hub Launch Program – Terms & Conditions

Organiser: Warden Labs Ltd. (“Warden”, “we”, “us”)

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Warden Agent Hub Launch Program (the “Program”).

By registering or submitting an agent to the Program, you (“Developer”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Program Overview

• Warden is offering up to USD $1,000,000 in incentive rewards to encourage early integration of LangChain-based agents into the Warden Agent Hub (“Agent Hub”).
• The Program runs from 10 November until Warden announces its conclusion (“Program Period”).

2. Eligibility

• Must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract.
• Open worldwide except where prohibited by law or where participation would violate applicable sanctions or export controls.
• Agents must be built using LangChain, or any framework advised from time to time by Warden, and successfully integrated into the Warden Agent Hub in accordance with our technical and security guidelines.
• Employees of Warden and its affiliates, and their immediate families, are not eligible for monetary rewards.

3. How to Participate

1. Registration: Submit an application through the official sign-up form.
2. Integration: Deploy and publish a functional LangChain agent to the Agent Hub within the Program Period.
3. Compliance: Your agent must meet Warden’s content, security, and quality standards (available in the Warden Developer Guidelines).
